• Fees should be paid in advance for the month.
• Sibling discount applies from second child.
• Absence Policy: Makeup sessions will not be provided for any missed classes. All absences will be counted as used sessions, regardless of the reason. Exceptions may be made only in cases where the absence is due to an injury sustained during training at the academy.
• Students are responsible for personal items/property they bring to the center. The center is not responsible if any student’s personal item/property is lost, stolen or damaged.
• Parents/Guardian cannot pass the waiting area while training sessions are held.
• Parents/Guardian ensure that the participant is physically fit and able to participate in the sporting activities and accordingly you accept all the risks resulting from participation in the course.
• By signing above the parent/legal guardian confirms that the student has no known physical/mental condition preventing him/her participating in the above sport or related activities including physical fitness.
• We can obtain the photos of these participants in all disciplines and publish them on social media with all transparency for the purpose of motivation and share the benefits.
• Private Sessions, Sessions, and Camps/All cancellations are non-refundable. Payment is required at the time of booking, even when booked by through staff.
• We accept cash, check, or credit card. Participants will be charged the full amount of the session for no-shows and late cancellations.
